I'm a producer with a focus in the game development industry. I have experience producing multiple game projects, managing teams of varying sizes, designing game mechanics and monetization, and creating marketing plans and campaigns for digital games.
Game projects I've produced and marketed for have launched on iOS, Android, and PC and have reached download numbers ranging from 200-5,000+ downloads. For production methods, I've practiced Kanban extensively with my teams and am also familiar with CPM and Agile Scrum Management.
I also have experience negotiating software development contracts with clients, managing a team of developers to create said software, meeting with clients for milestone deliverables, and delivering said projects to clients according to client specification.
I founded and run GameCraft, a Lawrence, MA based program for underserved young people in the Greater Lawrence area. GameCraft is a STEM program that uses game development as a tool to teach underserved young people about programming, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
